LockOff Spyhole Opener – Smart Lever Tool for Closed Doors
The LockOff is designed for opening closed doors through the peephole – efficiently and without damage. With its smart lever system and adjustable length, the internal handle can be activated with precision. It is especially helpful on doors with automatic locking mechanisms.
Now produced by Multipick in Germany, the LockOff is based on the proven original design. Weak points from earlier models have been reinforced, making the tool more robust and durable.
Application
Before using this tool, you should find out which type of door handle is installed. Unfortunately, rotary door knobs are also not operable with this opening tool. First, the length of the LockOff lever arm must be adjusted. To do this, it's necessary to re-adjust and fix the LockOff rod, adjusting it from the center of the peephole to a position in relation to its distance to the door handle.
Once the Spyhole is removed, the LockOff is inserted from the outside to match the handle’s position. Pressing the external lever arm activates the inner handle – clean and quick. A rubber stopper at the tip prevents damage to the door surface.
If the length is not set correctly, the LockOff can be pulled out and re-adjusted easily.
To remove the peephole, use the curved special pliers or the optional "LockOff Spyhole Turbo-Assistant", which can be used with any cordless screwdriver for fast, non-destructive removal.
