Self-Adhesive Acrylic Hole Cover – Safety After the Glass Cut
After opening a window by cutting a hole with the diamond glass saw (e.g. to operate the window handle from the outside), a hole of approx. 45 mm remains in the pane. To safely seal this area, we recommend using these self-adhesive acrylic covers.
The covers are applied on both sides of the cleaned glass surface. This reliably seals the opening and protects against:
- Cut injuries from sharp glass edges
- Water ingress in wet conditions
- Drafts and heat loss
With a transparent look and quick application, these covers are perfect for temporary use after emergency access – for example, until a glazier arrives.
