Door Handle Hook 3,5 mm – Fast Access for Closed Doors
The 3.5 mm door handle catch is a non-destructive mechanical tool for opening closed doors. It allows the interior handle to be pulled down from the outside using a clever hook-and-cord mechanism.
The tool is inserted under the door through a floor gap of at least 4 mm and lifted over the handle inside. With the approx. 110 cm pull cord, the handle can be pressed down, allowing quick and damage-free access.
This method is especially useful on double rebate doors and wherever the bottom gap is accessible or a skirting board can be temporarily removed. For tighter door frames, combining this tool with an Air-Wedge inflatable cushion can further ease the process.
